Here at Salty Cottages we offer an alternative to letting agencies who charge a commission. We can develop a small, cost efficient website for your property that will cost only a fraction of what the commission charges would be and could be much more successful (View some of our cottages for examples) . Special offer includes (£150) :-

  • 5 web pages - Home, Details, Availability, Pictures and Contact details. If you would like any additional pages it will cost £50 per page.

  • 1 year of hosting - Your website will be stored on our servers. We store all of your pictures, folders and files on our computers,

  • 1 year of updates - We update your availability whenever it may change. Just email, text or call us to change your availability.

  • URL and email address - You get a URL and email address, however it is not unique to your website. Your web address will look something like this. www.saltycottages.co.uk/your cottage. Your email address will look something like this. yourcottage@saltycottages.co.uk. If you would like your own URL and email address it will be an extra £50. Find out more below.

  • Salty Cottages - You get featured on saltycottages.co.uk which can help to get your website a healthy supply of visitors straight away.

 

Other services available: (All prices below are annual fee's)

  • Email / Telephone management - £120. We are able to take all bookings via email, post and telephone. We then contact you quickly to let you know that you have a booking. If you do not have internet access this option may suit you.

  • Advertising / Marketing - To maximise a healthy supply of visitors we recommend that you do advertise your website. We are able to advertise your website on the web using Google ads. You pay per person that clicks on your advert and visits your site. We take a 15% commission charge of the total amount invested in marketing.

  • URL and email address - £50. You can have your own unique web and email address. Your website address will look something like this. www.yourcottages.co.uk. Your email address will look something like this info@yourcottage.co.uk. We can check to see if your desired website address is available.

  • Analytics - £20. You are now able to analyze your traffic data to see how many visitors you are getting, where they are going and what they are doing. This advanced online program lets you engage in you traffic to make a more efficient website. We set up the program for you and tell you how to access the program.
